Sweet & Savory Coca-Cola Glazed Beef Perfection – Irresistibly Juicy Recipe
Ingredients: 2 lbs beef tenderloin (or beef ribs) 1 cup Coca-Cola 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 3 cloves garlic (minced) 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional) 1 tbsp olive oil Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish) Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, whisk together Coca-Cola, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef on all sides until browned. Transfer beef to a baking dish, pour the Coca-Cola glaze over it, and cover with foil. Bake for 45-50 minutes, basting with glaze every 15 minutes. Remove foil, increase oven to 425°F, and roast for an additional 10 minutes until caramelized.

Ingredients: 4 lbs beef short ribs, 1 can cola, 1 cup beef broth, 1 onion (chopped), 4 garlic cloves (minced), 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp paprika, salt and pepper, 1 cup Arborio rice, 4 cups chicken broth, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup heavy cream, fresh parsley (chopped). Instructions: Season short ribs with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in a hot skillet until browned. Place in a slow cooker with cola, beef broth, onion, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours. For the risotto, cook Arborio rice in chicken broth until creamy. Stir in Parmesan and cream. Serve short ribs over risotto, garnished with parsley.

Creamy Garlic Sauce Baby Potatoes Ingredients: 1 ½ lbs baby potatoes, halved 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste 3 tbsp unsalted butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup heavy cream ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish)
Spinach and Feta Chicken Rolls
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, heat olive oil. Add 1 chopped onion and garlic, and sauté, Add chopped spinach to the skillet, wilt. let cool slightly. In a bowl, mix together the 1 cup spinach, 1/2 c feta cheese, and 1/4 c sun-dried tomatoes. S&P Butterfly 4 chicken breast, pound thin. Put spinach mix on chicken and roll tightly, w/toothpicks. Place in a baking dish, seam side down. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
