Sazón completa Salt & pepper to taste Instructions Generously season your steaks with salt & pepper. Set up your dredging station. To a bowl add your beaten eggs, to another bowl your flour and the other one your breadcrumbs (season with sazón completa). Dip your steaks first into the flour, then the egg and then finally the breadcrumbs. Make sure the breadcrumbs stick on each piece of the chicken. Add vegetable oil to a medium saute pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add one steak at a time, cooking it for a few minutes
