Mesnevî of “Yûsuf u Züleyha” in Molla Câmî’s book, Heft Evreng composed of seven mesnevîs has also been commented on and translated into Turkish.
This essay first provides general information about mesnevies in Arabian, Persian, and Turkish literature, then examnines two Turkish commentaries on “Yûsuf u Züleyhâ” which have been wrongly associated to Şem’i.
attention to the important issuesconcerning details, at first, we learn from some preface of Divans and poets' own poems about what they say from couplets in the current period the eloquence of his books, biographies and a number of prosody and rhyming treatise. Divan poetry is defined as metrical, rhyming and imaginary in tezkire and eloquence books of Divan poetry terminology. According to this definition, the main elements that provide harmony in Divan poetry
are prosody and rhyme. Beside these, rhetorics which depend on eloquence of word and kalam and are seen as extrinsic element in poetry are evaluated as secondary harmony element. In such a principled aesthetic understanding, the most important feature that makes the poets original is the skill of effective use of language. Order of the sounds that make up words, creation an integrity of the words that consist of sounds with the previous and following words, and the providence of the use of these words give us information about the style of poets. Şeyhî, Necâtî, Ahmet Paşa, Fuzûlî, Bâkî, Nev’î, Nef’î, Nâbî, Nedîm ve Şeyh Gâlib are important poets of Divan literature tradition and Turkish literature. These are followed the Divan literature tradition and releaved an new style. Thus, they showed a distinct style. While putting their own unique style of these poets meter, rhyme andfigures of speech are noteworthy savings in use.
In the study, it has been identified that how prosody, rhyme and
rhetorics take part in Ghazals of the poets of the 15th century Ahmed Pasha, and the contribution of these to music of poetry has been examined.
Turkish literature history in the field of biography with his essay, Meâ'irü'-u'arâ. After having a good education, he
worked as clerk and kadi (judge) in various places in Anotalia and Balkans. During his official work, he also wrote
and translated essays.
Known as an writer in Turkish literature, Aık Çelebi also wrote poems and organized a Divan (collected
poems). Beside his divan, he also included some poems in his biographic essay, Meâ'irü'-u'arâ . In this paper
analyzed the reasons for writing the Tuna Kasidesi and its meaning along with providing information about the life of
the poet.
