The steady progression of CSR highlights the need for organizations to coordinate the fulfillment of legal, philanthropic, moral, and financial obligations to ensure appropriate strategies toward sustainability initiatives and positive behaviors toward environments, the population, and monetary gain. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the causation by which organizations adapt green organizational cultures. Some findings suggest organizational cultures are forced to adopt new philosophies in a changing environment governed by corporate sustainability efforts. These green conceptual models transform human resources (HR) role in changing and creating organizational cultures that influence organizational strategies in ways that support sustainability and influence the organizational impact concerning climate change.

The purpose of this qualitative phenomenological study was to explore the lived experiences of 20 government supervisors who experienced executive coaching to illuminate patterns of effective and agile coaching practices by drawing from theories of experimental and interdisciplinary learning and transformational leadership models. This study proposes executive coaching as a potentially effective and functional methodology to solve this problem, and supports the government in understanding the practical and theoretical dimensions of executive coaching as a developmental method in U.S. government healthcare organizations. This research shows that coaching can be a useful tool to help in the development of more effective healthcare managers, many of which have only been extensively trained in clinical...

Unfortunately, the government's current leadership development approaches have been under resourced, ineffective, not comprehensive, and not fully infused with the concept of the public stewardship and public trust. This paper explores an understanding of leadership and its application to government through an exploration of leadership models from emerging research and the literature. The value of this approach is to take a plethora of dispersed complex models and combine them in a context suitable for a smart, needed, and relevant discussion.

People affected by domestic violence, such as physical, mental, sexual, and financial abuse, experience higher rates of trauma leading to PTSD. This study explored healthcare interaction with victims of domestic violence. Effective communication, proper domestic violence training, and screening should be used and implemented in healthcare settings to support victims regardless of where they may be within the abuse cycle. This paper adds to the dialogue on domestic violence by pulling together other previous research and by offering tools that can be implemented in emergency rooms, urgent care facilities, and medical practices to recommend standard processes focused on identifying dangerous situations and giving victims the support they need.
