O método fundamenta-se na fatoração triangular da matriz ganho aumentada e nos conceitos de caminhos de fatoração. O mesmo utiliza rotinas já existentes no processo de estimação, sendo simples, de fácil implementação, rápida execução e não exige a solução de equações algébricas. Para comprovar a sua eficiência vários testes foram realizados, utilizando os sistemas de 6, 14 e 30 barras do IEEE, tendo sido satisfatórios os resultados obtidos.

The success of waste management is influenced by the behavior of nurses in performing particular medical waste specially. The waste management is good and right by the nurses is basically able to distinguish non-medical and medical waste. Factors knowledge and attitude is one factor in the formation of nurse behavior disposal of medical waste in hospitals. This study aims to determine the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of nurses, determine the relationship of knowledge to determine the relationship of behavior and attitudes to the behavior of nurses in medical waste disposal in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Yogyakarta. Methods: This study was an observational analytic, using cross sectional approach. The research tool was used quesionnaire. The population in this study was nurse as many as 155 people and sample as many as 60 people who were on morning shift. Analysis of the data using univariate analysis using frequency distributions and bivariate analysis using the Kendall tau correlation test. Results: There was a relationship between the level of knowledge of the behavior of caregivers in the dump medical waste with coeffisien correlation of 0.373 with a significant value (ρ) are 0.002 which indicates that the value of (ρ) are smaller than the value of alpha (α). There was a link attitudes with behavior of nurses in the disposal of medical waste with coeffisien correlation is 0.414 with a significant value (ρ) are 0.000 which indicates that the value of (ρ) are smaller than the value of alpha (α). Conclusion: There was a relationship between knowledge of the behavior of nurses in medical waste disposal in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Yogyakarta. There was a relationship between attitudes to the behavior of nurses in medical waste disposal in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Yogyakarta.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of anxiety levels with th... more Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of anxiety levels with the incidence of insomnia in the elderly at the Welas Asih Nursing Home in Tasikmalaya City. Method: This type of research is quantitative research design was descriptive correlational that aims to determine the relationship of the dependent variable with leading independent variables with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study is the elderly in the Welas Asih Nursing Homes who meet the inclusion criteria. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis using Pearson test. Results and Discussion: The results of normality test data showed anxiety levels p-value <0.005 (p-value = 0,000), and normality test data for the incidence of insomnia p-value <0.005 (p-value = 0,000). Normality data test results showed normal distribution, then the Pearson correlation test was obtained the coefficient r =0.751 means that the strength or closeness of the relationship between the level of anxiety with the incidence of insomnia in the elderly at the nursing homes of compassion is very strong. Hypothesis test results obtained p-value = 0,000 <α (0,005) so that it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Hadi is accepted, which means there is a very strong relationship between anxiety levels with the incidence of insomnia in the elderly at the Nursing Homes Welas Asih In Tasikmalaya. Conclusion: The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between the level of anxiety and the incidence of insomnia in the elderly in the Nursing Homes.
An increase in life expectancy can increase the number of elderly people, so that it will have an... more An increase in life expectancy can increase the number of elderly people, so that it will have an impact and a change in disease patterns in the community from infectious to degenerative diseases. Hypertension is influenced by various factors, one of which can be modified risk factors, namely obesity, smoking, coffee consumption, exercise habits / physical activity and stress. The aim of this study is to describe the modifiable risk factors in the elderly with hypertension. The research method used is descriptive with proportional stratified sampling technique. The results of the study showed that there was a description of the risk factors for hypertension, namely patients with normal weight suffering from hypertension as much as 65.1%, patients who consumed salty / high salt foods as much as 57.1%, hypertension patients who did not smoke were 69.8% hypertension who do not have the habit of drinking coffee as much as 55.6%, hypertension sufferers who do not have a physical activity / exercise habit as much as 68.3%, hypertension sufferers who have mild stress are 50.8%.

Latar Belakang: Orang tua berharap memiliki anak yang sehat, baik fisik maupun mental, namun kebe... more Latar Belakang: Orang tua berharap memiliki anak yang sehat, baik fisik maupun mental, namun keberadaan anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam keluarga akan menjadi stressor tersendiri bagi setiap anggota keluarga karena dapat menjadi beban bagi keluarga baik secara mental maupun materil. Stres yang dialami oleh orang tua dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus berpengaruh pada perkembangan anak. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat stres orang tua dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus (tunagrahita) dan klasifikasi anak tunagrahita di SLB Yayasan Bahagia Tasikmalaya. Metode: Rancangan penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling accidental. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang tua siswa/siswi tunagrahita di SLB Yayasan Bahagia Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan alat ukur observasi dan kuesioner dass 42. Hasil: Peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa anak tunagrahita sedang 20 orang (66.7%) sedangkan anak tunagrahita ringan 10 orang (33.3%) dan tidak ada anak tunagrahita berat (0%). Tingkat stres orang tua yang peneliti dapatkan, yaitu stres ringan 29 orang (96.7%), stres sedang 1 orang (3.3%) dan tidak ada stres berat (0%). Kesimpulan: Peneliti dapat memberikan kesimpulan bahwa anak tunagrahita sedang lebih banyak dari anak tunagrahita ringan dan tingkat stres yang dialami orang tua lebih banyak tingkat stres ringan dari tingkat stres sedang atau berat. Saran: adanya penelitian lanjutan tentang teknik menurunkan stress pada orang tua dengan anak tunagrahita.

APD bagi para tenaga kesehatan mengalami kekurangan dimana-mana di seluruh Indonesia. Tenaga kesehatan terpapar covid-19 yang meninggal terus bertambah. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang pemberian APD kepada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan RS dan Puskesmas ini untuk mencegah semakin bertambahnya tenaga kesehatan yang terpapar Covid-19. Metode survey dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi, telah diberikan APD sesuai kebutuhan para tenaga kesehatan yang berada di 4 RS dan 7 Puskesmas. Manajemen diri memfasilitasi pasien dan anggota keluarganya dalam melakukan pengobatan dan pencegahan komplikasi, melakukan kerjasama dengan petugas kesehatan sehingga menimbulkan kemandirian pada pasien dan keluarga dalam mengelola kesehatannya secara mandiri. Modifikasi diet dianggap sebagai salah satu strategi modofikasi gaya hidup memiliki potensi yang sangat besar dalam mencegah hipertensi dengan biaya yang lebih rendah disbandingkan dengan intervensi secara farmakologis. Intervensi secara nonfarmalokologis tersebut meliputi penurunan berat badan, pengurangan asupan natrium, pengurnagan konsumsi alcohol, dan penurunan suplem kalium dalam pola makan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Program Manajemen diet terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di empat kelurahan wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cibeureum Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penetian kuantitatif quasi experiment dengan rancangan pre- post-test control group design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling. Perhitungan besar sampel berdasarkan sampel size, dengan tingkat signifikan (CI) = 95% (α = 0,05), effect size (d) = 0,65 dan power test = 0,8 maka sampel yang digunakan adalah 88 responden. Berdasarkan tabel tersebut maka sampel pada masing-masing kelompok adalah 44 orang. Analisa data menggunakan uji Kolmogorov smirnov didapatkan hasil p-value&gt; 0,05 sehingga uji bivariat menggunaka uji parametrik berpasangan (uji t berpasangan/uji paired t test). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh intervensi promosi kesehatan dalam peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan praktek Perilaku Hidup bersih dan Sehat di sekolah dengan menggunakan merode quasi-experimental dengan non equivalent control group desain. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas 4 dan 5 SDN Siluman IV Kota Tasikmalaya. Analisis menggunakan uji paired t-test dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan, sikap dan praktek Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol didapatkan ada perbedaan yang bermakna pada pengetahuan dan sikap Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat, akan tetapi pada variabel praktek tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan intervensi dengan metode penyuluhan, simulasi, prkatek, permainan dan penugasan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan praktek Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat di sekolah.

Metode: Rancangan penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling accidental. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang tua siswa/siswi tunagrahita di SLB Yayasan Bahagia Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan alat ukur observasi dan kuesioner dass 42. Hasil: Peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa anak tunagrahita sedang 20 orang (66.7%) sedangkan anak tunagrahita ringan 10 orang (33.3%) dan tidak ada anak tunagrahita berat (0%). Tingkat stres orang tua yang peneliti dapatkan, yaitu stres ringan 29 orang (96.7%), stres sedang 1 orang (3.3%) dan tidak ada stres berat (0%). Kesimpulan: Peneliti dapat memberikan kesimpulan bahwa anak tunagrahita sedang lebih banyak dari anak tunagrahita ringan dan tingkat stres yang dialami orang tua lebih banyak tingkat stres ringan dari tingkat stres sedang atau berat. Saran: adanya penelitian lanjutan tentang teknik menurunkan stress pada orang tua dengan anak tunagrahita.

APD bagi para tenaga kesehatan mengalami kekurangan dimana-mana di seluruh Indonesia. Tenaga kesehatan terpapar covid-19 yang meninggal terus bertambah. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang pemberian APD kepada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan RS dan Puskesmas ini untuk mencegah semakin bertambahnya tenaga kesehatan yang terpapar Covid-19. Metode survey dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi, telah diberikan APD sesuai kebutuhan para tenaga kesehatan yang berada di 4 RS dan 7 Puskesmas. Manajemen diri memfasilitasi pasien dan anggota keluarganya dalam melakukan pengobatan dan pencegahan komplikasi, melakukan kerjasama dengan petugas kesehatan sehingga menimbulkan kemandirian pada pasien dan keluarga dalam mengelola kesehatannya secara mandiri. Modifikasi diet dianggap sebagai salah satu strategi modofikasi gaya hidup memiliki potensi yang sangat besar dalam mencegah hipertensi dengan biaya yang lebih rendah disbandingkan dengan intervensi secara farmakologis. Intervensi secara nonfarmalokologis tersebut meliputi penurunan berat badan, pengurangan asupan natrium, pengurnagan konsumsi alcohol, dan penurunan suplem kalium dalam pola makan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Program Manajemen diet terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di empat kelurahan wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cibeureum Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penetian kuantitatif quasi experiment dengan rancangan pre- post-test control group design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling. Perhitungan besar sampel berdasarkan sampel size, dengan tingkat signifikan (CI) = 95% (α = 0,05), effect size (d) = 0,65 dan power test = 0,8 maka sampel yang digunakan adalah 88 responden. Berdasarkan tabel tersebut maka sampel pada masing-masing kelompok adalah 44 orang. Analisa data menggunakan uji Kolmogorov smirnov didapatkan hasil p-value&gt; 0,05 sehingga uji bivariat menggunaka uji parametrik berpasangan (uji t berpasangan/uji paired t test). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh intervensi promosi kesehatan dalam peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan praktek Perilaku Hidup bersih dan Sehat di sekolah dengan menggunakan merode quasi-experimental dengan non equivalent control group desain. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas 4 dan 5 SDN Siluman IV Kota Tasikmalaya. Analisis menggunakan uji paired t-test dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan, sikap dan praktek Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol didapatkan ada perbedaan yang bermakna pada pengetahuan dan sikap Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat, akan tetapi pada variabel praktek tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan intervensi dengan metode penyuluhan, simulasi, prkatek, permainan dan penugasan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan praktek Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat di sekolah.
