In the context of today's economy, in which globalization is an irreversible fact, it has been de... more In the context of today's economy, in which globalization is an irreversible fact, it has been demonstrated that growth in inequality is one of the foundations of the current crisis. This reality requires us to create a new order, a task in which we are all involved; it is simply not enough to delegate to companies and organizations: rather it is the task of every individual; as it is also the task of governments and the legal system. The latter being those responsible for designing this new legal and economic order with a global vision and reach, in which legislation adopts an ethical paradigm and situates people, actors and receivers of this and all other changes, foremost in the scheme of things. Placing people first means giving them the opportunity to commit to the challenge of their own free will; furthermore only from this personal commitment may mankind be required to act responsibly, at the personal, social and corporate level.

Man can only be understood from the Universal Whole as "creation and evolution" and man belongs to this whole as "possibility and ultimacy". Man’s "way of being" is his individuality, but he lives "privacy and consciousness" from within himself.
Man's being, therefore and irremissibly, demands the reconsideration of the crux of the current juridical system so that it contemplates: 1º) The difference between the terms: man and person. 2º) The transcendent order of law and justice, because these are the work of man, and this, in their significance, compels everyone created by him. 3) This transcendent improvement of law and justice must be, compulsorily, towards good ethics and the morals of the Absolute and Universal Eternal Values. 4) A legal, ethical -moral teleology on having condemned ourselves to the old juridical teleology arising from the Hobbesian myth, to personal bankruptcy, social failure and to juridical disaster.
