In complex cases where the rule of law is suspended and every right protected by the constitution is violated--intentionally, knowingly, deliberately, wilfully, and maliciously by predatory prosecutors, bigoted judges, and corrupt courts, mere procedural rules cannot be fashioned and used to circumvent the law and repeal and replace the bill of rights.

We must press Congress to curtail this ever spreading fraud on the courts where attorneys--prosecutors and judges--continue to enlist charlatans to do their dirty work and then grant everyone absolute "derived" judicial immunity. This is racketeering by state officials. Judge Ginsburg refers to this as a partnership in official lawlessness.

Such duplicity from attorneys employed by our government--actually it is no longer our government, the attorneys have hijacked it and given all the culprits absolute immunity.
