One of them is through social media to approach the community and consumers. This study wants to find out how the influence of brand image and celebrity endorsement on Kiyorawears consumer purchasing decisions. Researchers used two independent variables, namely X1 brand image and X2 celebrity endorsement and the dependent variable Y purchasing decisions. Research shows that a good brand image in front of consumers can help increase purchasing decisions for Kiyorawears products. While celebrity endorsement can help Kiyorawears to be better known and trusted by consumers and the public and ultimately can increase the number of purchasing decisions by consumers.

This study aims to determine the effetc of work conflict, job satisfaction and work stress on the... more This study aims to determine the effetc of work conflict, job satisfaction and work stress on the performance of medical personnel. The population in this study were medical personnel oncluding doctors, nurses, midwives, nutritionists, labolatory analysts, radiographers, and pharmacists. This research was limited to respondents of medical personnel who worked in Health Care Facilities in the West Jakarta Region. The Sampling method uses purposive sampling with a non-random sampling technique, as many as 205 respondents. The method of data collection is done by distibuting quesionnaries online. Data processing uses software Lisrel 22 for structural equation model (SEM). The results of the research hypothesis show there are significant effects of conflict, job satisfaction and work stress on the performance of medical personnel. Of the three variables, which most influence the performance of medical personnel is the variable job satisfaction.

Excessive or abnormal activation of inflammasomes has been shown to contribute to the development of various diseases including autoimmune diseases, neurodegenerative changes, and cancers. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic and complex autoimmune disease, in which inflammasome activation plays a pivotal role in immune dysregulation and joint inflammation. This review summarizes recent findings on inflammasome activation and its effector mechanisms in the pathogenesis of RA and potential development of therapeutic targeting of inflammasome for the immunotherapy of RA.

Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah tak terhingga dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh daya tarik iklan (variabel X) terhadap keputusan pembelian (variabel Y). Dimensi pada variabel Daya Tarik Iklan meliputi Bermakna, Dipercaya, Ciri Khas dan Berbeda, selanjutnya pada variabel Keputusan Pembelian dengan dimensi Kebutuhan, Pencarian Informasi, Evaluasi Alternatif, Keputusan Pembeli dan Evaluasi Pasca Pembelian. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil persamaan regresi linear Y = 2,025 + 0,457 X, serta signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05. Dengan demikian disimpulkan daya tarik iklan Mobile Legends di Youtube berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian karakter game Mobile Legends .
