The study examined 90 blood samples, 30 patients with primary infertility, 30 patients with secondary infertility and 30 healthy women as control. FSH and LH were measured using Electrochemiluminescence assay. DNA was isolated for molecular detection of polymorphisms at the nucleotide level (rs6166 and rs28928870) in FSHR gene using ASO PCR technique and identification mutations in LH gene using PCR technique followed by sequencing. The results showed no significant differences in FSH levels (6.95±4.55 mIU/ml, 5.48±4.64 mIU/ml and 5.52±3.07 mIU/ml) between control, primary and secondary respectively, while LH showed significant differences between primary and secondary groups (14.23±12.17 mIU/ml and 8.54±5.62 mIU/ml) respectively. A significant positive correlation was found between FSH and LH. The molecular study showed different polymorphisms at different positions in LH gene detected by sequencing. Regarding FSHR polymorphisms our results showed that the OR (95% CI) for AA and AG genotypes of Asn680Ser polymorphism (rs6166) was 3.32 (0.14-78-49) and 1.00 (0.06-15.99) respectively for primary infertility. Moreover, the OR (95% CI) for AA and AG of this polymorphism was 1.00 (0.07-17.59) and 3.0 (0.13-70.59) respectively for secondary infertility. While regarding Thr449Ile (rs28928870) only the wild type was detected in the studied group. In conclusion, AG genotype ofAsn680Ser is more prevalent in the Iraqi studied women. Furthermore, A allele is a risk factor for the disease as the (OR: 1.49 95% CI: 0.44-5.03) for the primary group and (OR: 1.22 95% CI: 0.35-4.23) for secondary group.

The current study was carried out tostudy some of immunological parameters (the immunoglobins IgG, IgA, the complement proteins C3, C4,the MIF of PMNs cells, the reducing of NBT and the phagocytosis of Candida albicans) in the Balb/c miceinjected with antigen of protoscolex. By using (15) BALb/c mice and the antibodies IgG, IgA in addition tothe complements (C3, C4) that were measured as well as the Migration Inhibition Factor (MIF). The resultsshowed that there were significant differences in IgG (13458) mg/dl. IgA (4773) mg/dl, C3 (359.7) mg/dl,C4 (90.80) mg/dl levels with injection of 0.5 ml in muscle and the MIF levels (1.49) with injection of (0.75)ml. so between the test and the control up (p?0.05). This might be a good candidate for immunization anddiagnosis of Hydatid cysts in the intermediate host of E. granulosus.

All the concentrations showed different percentages in their effect on the life stages of the insect, whereas the effects were increased with the exposure rate increasing. However, the hatching rate for eggs in the concentration of (1000) mg/l reached to (0.00%) for the Match growth regulator, while it reached (20.50%) for the Dimilin regulator at the same concentration. In the larval stages, the percentage of larvae that reached the pupa phase in concentration of (1000) mg/l for both growth regulators was (0.00%), while the emergence rate of adults for the same concentration was reached in growth regulators Match and Dimilin for (25.33%) and (10.33%) respectively.

Both nymphs and adults are tested to detect the effect of pathogenic and bait. the results showed significant differences P<0.05 between the different concentrations comparing with control while the nymphs were more sensitive than adults. The study showed significant differences between entomopathogenic fungus and bait .

Three concentrations of the fungus extract were used to determine the most effect concentration of the fungus extract on mortality percent of the insect. The results showed that the concentration of the fungus extract had a significant effect on Insect in all stages of life and this percentage increases with the increasing of mushroom concentration (B. bassiana) extract.
