Para favorecer y flexibilizar dichos sistemas, es fundamental tener herramientas para medir su calidad. Debido a la globalización de la información y la comunicación, las empresas están migrando a la administración de sus procesos en la nube y a la utilización de las nuevas tecnologías. Las redes sociales permiten a las empresas tener una mejor disponibilidad de información. Esto presupone un nuevo paradigma de negocio. Se propone la aplicación de un framework para la evaluación y medición de procesos workflow en la evaluación de procesos workflow en la nube. En este contexto, se analiza el efecto de la utilización de las redes sociales en los procesos de Marketing y Comunicación de las organizaciones.

Program Comprehension is a Software Engineering discipline which aims to understand computer code... more Program Comprehension is a Software Engineering discipline which aims to understand computer code written in a high-level programming language. Program Comprehension is useful for reuse, inspection, maintenance, reverse engineering and many other activities in the context of Software Engineering. In this paper we define a set of techniques to extract static and dynamic information from the target program. These techniques are based on the inclusion of inspection functions and control statements in the system's source code. The first are intended to show the functions actually used. The second are necessary to reduce the number of functions recovered for a better administration. We show a possible implementation of this approach using a language processor generator very useful and easy to use. Our strong motivation was to support the understanding of routing algorithms, available in EAR a routing algorithms evaluation system. To assist the program comprehension task, we generate different views that use the information extracted by our strategy, such as the routing algorithm output (that can be seen as a problem domain view), or the sequence of called functions, and their source and object code (examples of program domain views). Although specific, we intend to generalize this approach.

En la actualidad no existe un estándar para soportar Diseños Orientados a Aspectos (DOA). La OMG tiene estándares que permiten la definición de Perfiles. A través de estos Perfiles es posible definir estereotipos. Muchas herramientas soportan estos estándares y hacen posible la definición de aspectos utilizando estereotipos para lograr modelos Orientados a Aspectos (OA). Utilizando una herramienta que permite diseñar un modelo OA es posible la construcción de un software que genere código OA. Este software será independiente a las herramientas que se utilicen para el modelado OA que sigan con las especificaciones de la OMG. Este trabajo está enfocado en mostrar la semántica del Perfil OA mediante su equivalencia en código OA. Para esto, se ha llevado a cabo la transformación de un DOA a código OA haciendo uso del metamodelo de la OMG. Este aporte ayuda al ingeniero de software en el desarrollo de software OA, agilizando su tarea.

Today more than ever it is evident that the digital transformation of companies is the best way to follow and these transformative processes have been streamlined. There has been talk for several years about the need for companies to go through a digital transformation. Today more than ever it is necessary to face this situation of global uncertainty, having the necessary tools so that businesses can adapt quickly to the new reality. Thus, a trend that cannot be ignored in any way is the rapid growth of ecommerce. Therefore, for any organization, it will be of great help to have tools that allow evaluating the pros and cons of carrying out this digital transformation process. Therefore, in this paper we present a strategy for measuring business processes in their digital transformation process.

We are permanently interacting with ubiquitous devices in our daily lives, and with services they... more We are permanently interacting with ubiquitous devices in our daily lives, and with services they present. Ubiquitous devices need to cooperate with other devices in order to provide services. There are some cooperation mechanisms for provide services, but they are commonly proprietary. The few proposals from academy have hardly achieved an impact in practice. This it is not in harmony with the situation of the Internet environment and web services, which have standardized mechanisms for the composition of services. To applicate Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) specifications and standards for ubiquitous devices coordination in pervasive environments. We apply an adaptation of Design Science in our environment to allow the iterative construction and evaluation of prototypes. We built and put into operation a coordination framework for ubiquitous devices based on WS-CDL, along with a proof of concept. In addition, we contribute to WS-CDL language in order to support the characteristics of specific ubiquitous devices.

Business intelligence is part of the software engineering which is closer to strategic business administration. These tools, like the information systems allow the strategy design to be improved by the manager, following the execution of the strategy. Since the capacity of executing a strategy is more important than the strategy itself, the analysis of actual and accurate information is essential to take decisions, but in most of cases the decisions and activities are done in a "craft" way because there are no steps to be followed, so the best performance of the strategy planned to reach the objectives and goals established can not be assured. The purpose of this work is to introduce formal and rigorous methods in the activities of study and design of the business intelligence environment
