To ensure a high level of cybersecurity, the legislator, both at the level of the European Union ... more To ensure a high level of cybersecurity, the legislator, both at the level of the European Union and within individual states of the Visegrad Group, has introduced certain solutions to adequately protect information systems, imposing an obligation to take measures to secure these systems against unauthorised interference. Incidents can significantly reduce the performance of information systems due to their vulnerabilities. Therefore, any duties connected with countering incidents which may compromise cybersecurity must be adequate to the importance of tasks performed using these systems. Ensuring and maintaining a high level of security in cyberspace requires individual countries to set fundamental objectives in this field. These objectives are outlined in national cybersecurity strategies. У дослідженні вперше запропоновано етапи управління ризиками у процесі оцінювання рівня керованості складних систем. The article describes the purpose, procedure, and results of the motion detection verification, as well as the identification of motion detection errors, using Avigilon's investigated camera, to the distance of guaranteed recognition capability in specific daylight conditions that determines video analysis. This article constitutes the first part of the internal research activity of the Department of Flight Preparation - pre-research, for the design of an integrated mobile airport security system. For safety reasons, the testing was performed near the airport and not at the airport. It may radically change the aerodynamic circumstances of the flight, particularly during landing and take-off and consequently, it may threaten human lives and the health of passengers, people at the airport and its surrounding areas. The Bratislava Airport, the site of this case study, is one of the few airports worldwide and the first in Central Europe that is equipped with a Doppler lidar system, a perspective remote sensing tool for detecting low-level wind shear. A fuzzy decision support model for the evaluation and selection of healthcare projects should rank the project applications for the selected region, accounting for the investor's wishes in the form of a regional coefficient in order to reduce the development gap between regions. On the one hand, our proposed model evaluates project applications based on selected criteria, which may be structured, weakly structured, or unstructured. This article deals with the territory of the Malá Studená Dolina (Little Cold Valley, High Tatras National Park—Slovakia), where there are extensive talus cones, through which seasonally heavy hiking trails lead. In the last few years particularly, there have been frequent falls and landslides in the mountainous environment, which also caused several fatal injuries in 2018. For the above reasons, efforts are being made to develop a methodology for monitoring the changes of the talus cones in this specific alpine area, to determine the size, speed, and character of the morphological changes of the soil. This paper introduces novel possibilities to observe prevailing visibility and cloud coverage/height by means of a camera-based observation system that does not necessarily replace, but effectively and synergically amends the standard observations. We present human (and not automated) observations from a remote center that allows for an observer to report meteorological conditions remotely, only using images from cameras installed at the airport. The specifics of the training of military pilots of military aviation system from the years of pr... more The specifics of the training of military pilots of military aviation system from the years of proven special training procedures and are characteristic of the said specialization. However, preparedness requirements may vary. These changes may be caused by changes in available aircraft, technology, but also by legislative changes. The main goal of the article is to present a proposal for a prospective model of education of pilots of transport aircraft for a specific air operator, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic. The methodology of solving the problem is based on historical and content analysis of previous flight training experience and transport aviation practice, induction, deduction, and synthesis of knowledge for formulating the perspective education model with support of SWOT analysis results. The result is the transport aircraft pilots ‘model of theoretical preparation and practical flight training for the Slovak Air Force. The partial outputs are part of a feasibility study to support the decision-making processes on the way forward in meeting the strategic goal in the field of training of air personnel for the Slovak Air Force.

It analyses, evaluates the theoretical and practical part of the education of professional staff at the Faculty of Aeronautics in the past, and compares it with existing educational processes abroad. This paper also proposes alternatively elaborated models of training within which the direction and strategy of education of professional personnel for the needs of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic will be determined.
