Aishat T Hussain

Aishat is a  communication, Monitoring and Evaluation specialist with a reputable International NGO in Abuja Nigeria. A Human rights advocate with about five years of experience in youth and gender advocacy and community development.  With several unpublished research projects, she is the founder of  the Iyi Orilede Advocacy Network (Moonstone Initiative for Development and Growth).  Aishat is a lawyer with degrees from the University of Ilorin and the Nigerian Law School, an LL.M from the University of Hertfordshire, and a short course in public policy at the University of California Berkeley. She is also a Mandela Washington Fellow of the 2016 Cohort.

Outside of the office, Aisha enjoys her Civic engagement activities and also volunteers her time with other associates to focus on Women, children and Youth Outreach.
