This work is targeted in presenting a platform for communication between patient (who Need blood) and blood donor..the waterfall model is adopted in the study.. blood donor information management system is implemented using a powerful and robust Programming Languages which is also mobile friendly and MySQL for the database. The new system was developed and outrun in such a way that it conveys meaningful information to the users of the system and the result was accurate.

The corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, originated from Wuhan, China and has caused a ... more The corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, originated from Wuhan, China and has caused a global health crisis since December 2019. The illness is caused by a novel virus now called Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (SARS-CoV). However, this virus forced governments across the world to impose partial and full lockdowns to prevent the virus transmissions. Reports showed that wearing facemasks while at work clearly reduces the risk of transmission, Hence the main goal of this research is to develop a system that automatically detect people not wearing facemask using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), A dataset from kaggle.com was used to build the model using Python, Open Computer Vision, TensorFlow and Keras. The system was tested using a webcam and it gave the expected result. The system can be implemented at the entrances of offices, colleges, airports, hospitals and places where chances of spread of COVID-19 through contagion are relatively higher. If anyone is found to be without a face mask, a beep alert will be generated until the person wears a facemask.
