Angka kematian yang tinggi akibat penyakit jantung koroner telah menjadi perhatian global dalam d... more Angka kematian yang tinggi akibat penyakit jantung koroner telah menjadi perhatian global dalam dunia kesehatan, di mana pasien dengan penyakit jantung koroner tidak lagi hanya orang dewasa dan lanjut usia, namun saat ini juga terjadi peningkatan jumlah kasus penyakit jantung koroner pada pasien yang berusia muda. Dalam membandingkan algoritma pembelajaran mesin pada dataset penyakit jantung UCI, akurasi tetap berada di bawah 90%, terutama menggunakan Long short-term memory (LSTM). Namun, sebuah studi lain berhasil mencapai akurasi di atas 90% dengan menggunakan algoritma Stacked LSTM dengan basis data yang berbeda. Untuk mencapai hal ini, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melampaui performa Single LSTM serta meningkatkan akurasi prediksi penyakit jantung di atas 90% menggunakan algoritma Stacked LSTM pada dataset penyakit jantung UCI. Dengan menggunakan tiga lapisan dan teknik dropout, penelitian ini berhasil mencapai tingkat akurasi tertinggi sebesar 91,8% pada epoch ke-114, dengan tingkat kegagalan (loss) sebesar 20%. Melampaui performa Single LSTM, penelitian ini berhasil mencapai akurasi melebihi 90% yaitu 91,8%.

This study aims to improve a job search web application that not only addressed usability problem... more This study aims to improve a job search web application that not only addressed usability problems but also surpassed user expectations. A recently released job search web application was found to have usability problems during interviews with the Information Technology division. To measure the usability of the application and provide recommendations for improvement, the study uses the Goal-Directed Design framework, Performance Measurement method, and System Usability Scale measurement method. The evaluation was conducted twice, with the first assessment identifying problems and the second evaluation measuring the effectiveness of the recommendations made. The website prototype was developed and passed all test scenarios with an A+ grade. The modifications make important level of effectiveness, achieving an A+ grade with an 85% effectiveness rate. Furthermore, the website received exceptional user satisfaction, with an A+ rating and a score of 85.5 in usability satisfaction.

Throughout the papers, this work attempts to learn about the types of images used, algorithms that are frequently used, techniques that are frequently used, and metrics used to test the correctness of the suggested approach. The most commonly used image type is medical images such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging, the algorithm that is widely used is a Convolutional Neural Networks based algorithm. The method that is widely used is a machine learning-based method, and the measurement that is widely used is a Peak Signal Noise Ratio measurement method to measure the accuracy of the algorithm.

This study employs the Multilinear Regression technique to identify these kinds of features. The features and prediction target have a very strong correlation. With a very low RMSE and a very high R square, the prediction quality is quite outstanding. The outcome will help academics in the forex field use machine learning algorithms to make better predictions.

Successful YouTubers can create videos that are widely viewed by many Youtube users around the world. A lot of viral videos on Youtube came from the United States. But, making viral videos on Youtube is a tough challenge, both for seasoned YouTubers and especially for new YouTubers. This research focuses on discovering the properties of these viral videos by clustering them into distinct clusters. K-Means algorithm is used for the clustering process. The purpose of this clustering process is to look for patterns in the data that were previously unseen. The result shows that the videos are divided into three clusters which are built from 3 variables; views, likes and dislikes. The patterns and insights found in this study can be useful for aspiring video makers who want to achieve success as a Youtuber.

Various factors such as age, cholesterol level, and unhealthy lifestyle can trigger cardiovascular disease. The symptoms of cardiovascular disease are also challenging to identify. It takes careful understanding and analysis related to patient medical record data and identification of the parameters that cause this disease. This study was conducted to predict the main factors causing cardiovascular disease. In this study, a dataset consisting of 14 attributes with class labels was used as the basis for identification as a link between factors that cause cardiovascular disease. The research area used is the area of analysis data where the analyzed data are on factors that influence the presence of cardiovascular disease in the State of Cleveland. In predicting cardiovascular disease, a logistic regression algorithm will be used to see the interrelation between the dependent variable and the independent variables involved. With this research, it is expected to be able to increase readers' knowledge and insight related to how to analyze cardiovascular disease using logistic regression algorithms and the main factors that cause cardiovascular disease.

As the largest city in Indonesia, Jakarta faces the highest number of crimes throughout Indonesia. But unfortunately, there is a lack of geospatial visualization about crime in Jakarta. The visualizations are presented as some cluster models. These models show which parts of Jakarta with a high level of crime, the biggest crimes in Jakarta, and the types of crimes that occur in Jakarta. The biggest crime in Jakarta is also explained with some additional information such as the type of crime, age, and distribution. Clustering is divided into three, which are high, medium, and low. The grouping model was built using Tableau with the K-means algorithm. The results of this study can be used for the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta to make strategic plans to develop actions that can reduce crime rates in Jakarta.

Findings – The research found one point that is less valued in the company, namely vision and mission factors in organizational variables compared to other factors. Forex or Foreign Exchange is trading a country's currency with another country's currency... more Forex or Foreign Exchange is trading a country's currency with another country's currency. The purpose of this study is basically to test the accuracy of ARIMA on the GBP/USD currency pair. In addition, this research is expected to provide the benefits of knowledge about forecasting using ARIMA. This study resulted in forecasting the GBP/USD currency pair within 1 month, per 6 months from January 2018 to June 2018 using the ARIMA method and R software. Data to be used are data taken from January 2013 to June 2018. For the the process will follow the process of the KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Database). The results obtained by the ARIMA model (3,2,1) as the best model to be applied for 1 month per 6 months on the GBP/USD currency pair because it has the lowest AIC value and the mean absolute percentage error is 3.16%.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a spike in the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US... more During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a spike in the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar. ASEAN countries, as neighbors of Indonesia, also do not escape the same problem. This study discusses which ASEAN countries experienced a spike in exchange rate changes during the COVID19 pandemic by forecasting currency exchange rates in several ASEAN countries against the Indonesian currency. The Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average algorithm or abbreviated as ARIMA has been widely used in forecasting time series data on the Rupiah currency. All ARIMA models in this study can still be accepted using the RMSE and Relative RMSE measurements. The results of this study are in the form of predictive data analysis to describe the condition of the Rupiah exchange rate with the currencies of the ASEAN region during the COVID-19 pandemic. In general, the exchange rates of all ASEAN currencies rose against the Rupiah at the beginning of the pandemic, but then fluctuated. The forecast results show that the COVID-19 pandemic does not have a significant impact on buying and selling exchange rates for almost all ASEAN currencies against the Rupiah.
