Minyak goreng yang tidak bisa dipakai inilah yang biasa disebut dengan minyak jelantah. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan minyak jelantah dengan cara mengolahnya kembali untuk pembuatan sabun padat. Sabun padat dihasilkan dari proses saponifikasi, yaitu hidrolisis lemak menjadi asam lemak dan gliserol. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan siswa siswi SMP Roudlotul Ulum Bangil, Pasuruan mengenai Technopreneurship. Technopreneurship itu sendiri yaitu penggabunga teknolgi dalam pembentukan sebuah usaha atau kewirausahaan. The objective of this research was to study blending ratio effect on co-pyrolysis of Empty Palm F... more The objective of this research was to study blending ratio effect on co-pyrolysis of Empty Palm Fruit Bunch (EPFB) and low quality coal using CO2 gas purge on the characteristics of gas, solid and liquid products. Characteristics of gas products consisting of H2 and CO2 gas concentration. Solid product characteristics consist of pore diameter, surface area, total pore volume, solid structure. Meanwhile, the characteristics of liquid products consist of liquid composition. EPFB and low quality coal were reduced to a maximum particle size of about 16 meshes at pre treatment process. The blending ratio of low quality coal and EPFB were 100/0, 80/20, 60/40, 40/60, 20/80 and 0/100, temperature at 500 °C. The result obtained that H2 gas increased between 0 % - 0.423 % due to the higher blending ratio. The concentration of CO2 gas was fluctuated. Pelatihan Technopreneurship siswa – siswi SMP A WAHID HASYIM 2 REJOSO telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Produk yogurt GURLY telah dibuat dengan baik oleh para siswa – siswi SMP A WAHID HASYIM 2 REJOSO. Dengan analisa keuangan diperoleh Yogurt original = Rp 5.000, Yogurt rasa chocolate dan matcha = Rp 7.000. Dengan modal awal Rp 1.367.000 dan laba bersih Rp 65.000 asumsi penjualan 10 cup yogurt original dan 15 cup yogurt perasa. Strategi marketing diawali dengan mengikuti bazar yang dilaksanakan di ITSNU Pasuruan pada tanggal 21 Desember 2022 dan pembuatan poster serta video marketing untuk mengenalkan produk dan menarik pasar untuk membeli produk. . N on-catalytic in-situ biodiesel production from a low-cost feedstock ( rice bran ) using subcritical ethanol-water mixture was investigated in this study . T he influence of four independent variables, i.e. , addition of co-solvent, ethanol concentration, temperature, and time of reactions , on the yield of biodiesel was examined . The results showed that the most effective co-solvent was ethyl acetate and the optimum ethanol concentration, temperature and reaction time were 80% v/v, 200 o C and 3 hours, respectively. The maximum yield of biodiesel was found to be around 80%. The optimization of operating conditions was carried out by response surface methodology (RSM) with historical data design (HDD). The statistical method also suggested similar optimum operating conditions, i.e., 78.44% (v/v) ethanol concentration, 200 o C, and 3.2 hours reaction time with ethyl acetate as a co-solvent. Phenolic compounds as an antioxidant can stabilize free radicals with complementing the electron deficiency of free radicals. Conventional method (maceration) can extract phenolic compounds from Moringa Oleifera leaves. However, this method is known as time consuming, inefficient and using solvent that is non-environmentally friendly. In this study, the extraction of phenolic compounds from Moringa Oleifera leaves was enhanced using a subcritical water-ethanol mixture. Fresh and dried Moringa Oleifera leaves were extracted using ethanol solution with different ratio and ratio of dried leaves and ethanol solution at 200 °C for 15 min.
