Institutional development expert with a focus on development strategy, policy planning and monitoring and evaluation systems.Vincent Fruchart, Ph.D, has worked for 20 years in international development – seven years at the World Bank and thirteen years as an independent consultant. He had previously pursued a 15 year media and entrepreneurial career both in France and in the US. Mr. Fruchart's career goal in the development field is to provide organizations with the tools they need to respond to changes in their environment as well as to effect change from a strategic perspective, and to improve their performance. In that perspective he has developed in the last seven years an innovative capacity building methodology to improve governments' ability in planning sectoral strategies, implementing policies and strengthening their monitoring and evaluation systems. Fluent in English and French, Mr. Fruchart also is an experienced trainer with recognized facilitation and coaching skills. He has worked in Asia as well as in Africa.
