Several simulations had been carried out to get the ANN parameter combination in producing the best accuracy through trials and errors. The results show that the accuracy of artificial neural network training is not influenced by the number of channels, namely the input dataset (erosion factors) and the dimensions of the data, but it is determined by changes in the network parameters. The best combination of parameters is 2 hidden layers, learning rate 0.001, Momentum 0.9, and RMS 0.0001 with an accuracy of 98.55%

Height measurements through the shadows and reconstruction model building envelopes on a single i... more Height measurements through the shadows and reconstruction model building envelopes on a single image is an alternative method in the high data acquisition and three-dimensional building data during these many uses stereo image pairs.The purpose of this study is to assess the accuracy of the measurement height of the building by measuring the length of the shadow and reconstruction of building envelope model on a single Quickbird image of Mega Kuningan area of South Jakarta for military tactical interests, especially in determining the building for helicopters landing (Helicopter Landing Zones/HLZs) on top of buildings (elevated heliport). Height measurements using the shadow length measurement method with an accuracy test using the RMSE (Root Mean Square error).
