By conducting the study to take place will be offered a Internal Control Manual, which will safeguard their property, and also outline both economic policy, financial and administrative activities that regulate as the case requires. Having identified the weaknesses in the management of the company, the completion of the Internal Control Manual, will be focused on providing solutions to various problems identified in the initial diagnosis. There is a commitment of employees and workers, who cooperated with the information required for this research. The proposal will be formulated Manual rules, policies and both general and specific procedures for the proper functioning and development of the organization, taking appropriate measures to compensate for weaknesses and control deficiencies through a proper division of functions. Consistent with the information obtained will identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the financial and administrative management of the company Yanca, and according to the results of this procedure should be designed Internal Control Manual, based on the activities performing both employees and workers, from the point of view which will identify the techniques used in the current management of the company, whose main objective is the Internal Control Manual, as it will not only achieve the objectives outlined, but levels acceptable participation of all members of the entity.
