The main problem of this research is that in what way TV soap operas prefer or make dominant some meanings, ideas and values and how audiences interpret and decode these meanings and ideas and values. From this viewpoint, a soap opera is an articulation constructed of different, and sometimes contrast, elements which are unified around a nodal point. In other words, a television soap opera is an articulatory discourse which is constructed through some technical, social and ideological codes by hegemonic system. In a TV soap opera, as a discourse, some ideas and meanings are preferred over the others. The question is that how social subjects, who have an objective position in the social structure, read and decode these dominant ideas and meanings? In this research, in the first part we have used the semilogica...

In micro and macro levels, it may make people's negative and positive feelings evident. It is the most significant factor of social order and is deemed as one of the pillars of social property. Furthermore, the empirical study of trust in a society may be a feasible solution in order to achieve the higher culture of citizenship. So far, sociologists and philosophers have been concerned about the issue of stability or change in

This shows that companies can increase or even maximize the capital of their shareholders with the help of sophisticated techniques of capital budgeting. So from the view point of classical financial theory, a positive relationship between sophisticated methods of capital budgeting and performance is expected. . In this research we want to know if there is any relationship between the capital budgeting techniques and the performance of the companies admitted to Iran Stock Exchange. To answer this question in this paper, the required information was, firstly, gathered using questionnaires about methods of budgeting capital projects in the companies under study. Then the criteria for evaluating performance were extracted from circulated repor...
Information technology by removing the barriers and omitting geographical boundaries washes out t... more Information technology by removing the barriers and omitting geographical boundaries washes out the physical distances and dissolves many problems. But at the same time this concern is existed that information technology causes more separation between social classes and so creates a society that divides into two groups that one group is "possessed" and the other "do not possessed" the technology. Accordingly, one of the main challenging issues that social universe has encountered with, is inequality of information and communication technology indicators among regions, which called "digital gap". In order to achieve standard development and to provide geographical and spatial justice, removing the digital gap between regions, and equal and public accessibility of geographical units must be considered as the main priority of planning in field of ICT. The presented research by purpose of spatial analysis and ranking of counties in Isfahan province tries to improve information and communication technology and reduce digital gap. The research method is descriptive analytic and for ranking and rate of difference among counties the Topsis algorithm is used. The results show that level of possessing ICT was not equal among counties in a way that counties divided into four groups of very high, medium, low and very low, that only the counties of Isfahan is located in very high group. The dispersal coefficient between counties is 5% that confirms the difference in spatial distribution of indicators. And also there is a direct relationship between development of ICT and population and urbanization percentage, in a way that most of facilities are located in a counties with high percentage of urbanization. At the end some solution is suggested in order to remove the digital gap between counties.

Urban sprawl refers to the extent of urbanization, which is a global phenomenon mainly driven by population growth and large scale migration. In developing countries like Iran, urban sprawl is taking its toll on the natural resources at an alarming pace. The purpose of this paper is to study urban growth and effective factors on them in the city of Urmia, Iran. We used quantitive data of the study area from the period between 1989 and 2007, and population censuses of Urmia. To measure the model of urban growth, Holderness and Shannon’s entropy were employed. The Urmia case is interesting for several reasons: first, it is a case of very fast urban growth even for a developing country; second, it illustrates how the fastest rates of urban sprawl may correspond to middle size cities rather than to large centers. Third, it portrays a land substitution process in which agricultural lan...

Stress is one of the most important mental disorders. The issue, which has been ignored so far, is the impact of the built environment on mental health indices. The main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between housing quality indices and citizens' mental health in a case study of MoftAbad and Mardavij neighborhoods of Isfahan city. Methodology The current research is descriptive-analytical and carried out in two district of Isfahan city in 2018. For studying qualitative indices of housing, 8 indices in the internal dimension and 12 others in the external dimension of housing were selected for this study. The dependent variable of the research is perceived stress. To measure stress, the standard perceived stress scale of Cohen et al. (1983) was used which has 14 questions and data were analyzed using Pearson test and also regression analysis. Findings It was found that the quality of the internal environment in the neighborhoods of MoftAbad and Mardavij, with the intensity of-0.671 and-0.656 respectively, has a significant relationship with perceived stress and the quality of the external environment in relation with perceived stress in MoftAbad and Mardavij neighborhoods is-0.665 and-0.675 respectively. The results of regression analysis showed generally that variables such as interior design and architecture, indoor green space, received natural light, building quality, diversity of green spaces, inappropriate use of color in space, pavement flooring, and the possibility of pedestrianism, the quality of public spaces, environmental cleanliness and environmental security have the most impact on the stress level of urban residents. Conclusion The quality of house in urban areas can reduce or increase the perceived stress as people live most of their time in houses.

Tehran city is currently developing in ways that are likely to increase sprawl and automobile-dependency, which increase problems including traffic and parking congestion, consumer costs, traffic accidents, pollution emissions and inadequate mobility for non-drivers. This analysis indicates that the growth management policies in Tehran’s Comprehensive Plan can significantly reduce vehicle travel and associated problems, resulting in a more sustainable urban development path. This information is useful for evaluating the ability of policies such as Smart Growth, New Urbanism and Accessibility Management to help achieve transport-land use planning objectives.

An Overview is of complementary views, such as knowledge-based cities, learning cities, intelligent cities and creative cities. There are four main channels whereby cities join the knowledge society: human capital, economic structure, innovation systems, information and communication technology. On this basis provinces of Iran are subjected to a comparative analysis of their knowledge indicators in each of these four components. The study is descriptive-analytical and practical in terms of objective. For comparative analysis, 31 provinces of Iran and 55 indexes were selected based on knowledge. Use was made of Shannon Entropy to measure relative importance and weight of each index. Also, usingmulti-attribute decision making methods of TOPSIS and VIKOR to rank provinces and cluster analysis was used to classify. Finally, using the software Arc GIS, map of the provinces benefit levels were drawn. ...

The results for all products, such as automobiles, appliances and electronic devices can be used. Any serious attempts to improve quality must take into account the costs associated with achieving quality, since nowadays it does not suffice to meet customer requirements, it must be done at the lowest possible cost as well. In the current business environment, management accountants and designers need tools and to develop models for decision making and planning with the reduction in quality costs of the products to provide products with high quality in order to create value for an organization. In this paper, to improve (optimize) the quality and components of the costs of quality, a kind of ant colony algorithm under the title of minimum and maximum ants system has been implemented. The current study has at least one aspect of innovation. On the international level, no research has been done in regards to the relationship between quality and the costs of quality. It was found that from a product differentiation point of view and a cost leadership point of view what component of a product best leads to the optimization of the relationship between cost of quality and quality.
