In this research, a fuzzy logic algorithm is implemented in a monitoring system for detecting the... more In this research, a fuzzy logic algorithm is implemented in a monitoring system for detecting the potential fires in peat land. The monitoring system in this research employs two sensors as the fuzzy inputs, i.e. TGS 2600 gas sensor and DHT11 temperature sensor. The outputs of the fuzzy logic are the specified conditions of motor activation (PWM) with 3600 rotations. The system is monitored through camera, which sends the monitoring result to android via web server. The result is sent when TGS 2600 and DHT11 sensors detect the determined gas concentration and surrounding temperature. Before sending the result, the rotating motor stops every five minutes to take the photograph of peat land location. The result shows that the algorithm used in this research has been successful in determining the condition of the peat lands correctly and therefore can be used as the early prevention of fires.

The information of the garbage capacity can be obtained in the application that is integrated in the mobile phone. The communication between the garbage bin and the mobile phone is intended to help the garbage collector and the user to monitor the capacity of the garbage in a garbage bin. When it has been overloaded, the collector can manage the garbage by moving the garbage to the other bigger garbage bin. (landfill). This garbage bin has been tested and it could run well. It could open and close its cover as soon as it detected or did not detect the objects. It could also send the information of the garbage capacity to the mobile phone immediately with delay only 0.45-0.47 s.

Therefore, we created the detector hexapod robot to replace the tasks of the rescue teams in searching for the victims of the disasters, so there are no more victims from the rescue team. Factors that affect air quality are an increase in infrastructure development, factories, motor vehicle fumes and any other human activity. Based on these factors, an air quality monitoring system that is integrated into a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) system is needed. In this study, a Wireless Sensor Network will be designed using Multisensor Network technology that works in real time to measure pollutant gas levels using the TGS 2442 sensor as a measure of carbon monoxide (CO) , MG811 sensor as a measure of carbon dioxide (CO2) , TGS 2611 sensor as a measure of HydroCarbon (HC), the DHT-11 sensor as a temperature and humidity meter and the SHARPGP2Y1010 sensor as a measure of particulate levels in the air (PM10).
