These masses represent hyperplasias instead of true neoplasm, which develop due to irritation to the mucosal tissue resulting in proliferation of the cells. Although so common in the oral cavity, its occurrence on the palate is rare, mainly due to fewer chances of trauma. Here, we report a case of palatal fibroma in a child diagnosed on the basis of clinical, radiological, and histological features. The case represents an extremely rare occurrence as unusual trauma due to thumb sucking seemed to be the only apparent traumatic factor in the palatal region.

This is due to an extensive increase in multimedia applications over hand held devices, such as smart mobile phones and also other advance conventional devices. Motion Estimation is an important field of study in the area of motion analysis and motion compression. The motion estimation is done by using two basic approaches, namely, pixel-based motion estimation and block-based motion estimation. Here we have proposed a detailed study literature survey and review of the block-based estimation methods in detail. This paper presents a comprehensive review of block based motion estimation techniques which plays a vital role in multimedia transmission over public network. The advantage of this review paper is to find the absolute optimal solution.

Previous misdiagnosis and inappropriate medical treatment were ineffective. Only when properly referred to dentists, the differential diagnosis was made. The guideline to diagnose cutaneous sinus tracts (fistula) is based mainly on accurate pulp sensitivity tests of the involved traumatized teeth. Intraoral and dental examinations are critical in making the diagnosis. The case presented here shows that cutaneous odontogenic sinus tracts associated in traumatized teeth, even in absence of caries or tooth fracture. How to cite this article: Mishra R, Khan TS. Neuroleptic drugs differ in efficacy and side effects such as movement disorders and prolactin elevation because of varying mechanisms of action. A neuroleptic drugs which categorizes the drugs according to efficacy risk of movement disorders and risk of prolactin elevation. Statistics on the safety and acceptability of neuroleptic agents such as risperidone, olanzapine, quetiapine, ziprasidone and clozapine, are stationary increase because these agents are relatively new compared with conventional neuroleptic. Nearly all side effects of neuroleptic agents are dose related and therefore should use the lowest effectual dose for the entity. In evaluating the risk of neuroleptic medication, we should determine the occurrence of its common side effects and uneasiness connected with these side effects. Throughout the course of action patients should be monitor regularly for the surfacing of side effects.

This article serves as both structural and functional sources of information regarding cholinergic receptors and provides a detailed understanding of the determinants governing specificity of muscarinic and nicotinic receptor to researchers. The study helps to give overall information about the fundamentals of the cholinergic system, its receptors and ongoing research in this field.

Among the multifarious fuels used to drive our cars and fly our planes, natural gas is the cleanest of all. Natural gas however, makes up only 20-25% of global usage as a fuel. Around 75% comprise of jet fuel, diesel oil and petrol. These petroleum derivatives are the chief culprits for the emissions of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. Natural gas on the other hand, emits 40-50% less carbon dioxide than these petroleum derivatives. This paper illustrates a new-found source of fuel in the form of methane hydrates. They are clathrate compounds that act as active sources of methane gas which can be exploited and used as a cleaner source of fuel. They are primarily found in the sandy sediment layer of the seabed, ranging from Alaska to Japan as also in the Andaman Islands, India. They have an ice like appearance and burn when a flame is set on them, suggestive of "burning ice". Methane hydrates are most stable in a high pressure-low temperature environment hence extraction methods are accordingly altered with special care taken to avoid methane gas leakage. This untapped and cleaner source of fossil fuels can be a turning point in the way current sources of energy are being utilized.

There is little influence up to the fluence of 2 × 1012n/cm2, however, hardening is observed at higher fluences. While the hardness continues to increase from the fluence 2 × 1012n/cm2 to 4.3 × 1013n/cm2, the fracture strength attains a peak value at fluence of ≃1013n/cm2, however, is drastically reduced at higher fluences. The results are discussed in terms of radiation induced defects and consequent formation of clusters like (Fe, Ni)3 B
