The 2019–20 Philadelphia 76ers season was the 71st season of the franchise in the National Basketball Association (NBA).

The season was suspended by league officials following the games of March 11[1] after it was reported that Rudy Gobert tested positive for COVID-19.[2] On March 19, it was announced that three people from team's staff tested positive for COVID-19.[3]

Coach Brett Brown was fired after the 76ers lost in a 4-game sweep to the Boston Celtics.
