Arthur Bardillon Robes was born in Malabon Metro Manila on November 6, 1963, brought up in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan and happily married with Ms. Florida “Ate Rida” L. Perez with two lovable kids.

The school days offered him a lot to learn. In year 1998, he got a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Marketing in San Sebastian College Recoletos de Manila. Subjects like science, languages and history were of his special interest. Although he was good in studies throughout his academic life, sports, music, drawing, craft-work, etc., interested him the most.

He was more inclined towards understanding the concepts rather than just memorizing them. After graduating, He took up Management course at Asian Institute of Management (1995) and in University of the Philippines (1998); Executive Course at Development Academy of the Philippines (1998). He was a representative in Parliament System in Australia (2007). He is a Filipino politician.

A member of the Liberal Party, He has been elected to third term as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the Lone District of San Jose del Monte City. He first won in election to Congress in 2007. It was a decision that changed the entire course of his life, he was able to explore life in its varied forms.

Now he's in a position to enjoy work, he would like to and take up new projects and explore. Serving his constituents in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan offers him immense satisfaction and great pleasure. Working hard to pursue his goals and keeping a positive attitude are the qualities that helps to maintain a level-head in times of success and failure. These are the tools which help him to overcome the toughest phases in life.
