Elīza Cauce (born Tīruma 21 August 1990 in Sigulda) is a Latvian luger who has competed since 2006. She won her first Olympic Games medal at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi in the team relay event. Her sister Maija Tīruma was also a luger before retiring.
