Rosemary Sassoon

Rosemary Sassoon (born 1931) is an expert of handwriting, particularly that of children. She is the creator of the Sassoon series of typefaces.

Early life and education

Sassoon was born in the United Kingdom.

In 1988, she earned a Ph.D. from the Department of Typography and Graphic Communication at the University of Reading in Berkshire, England.

Career

Sassoon's personal papers are held in the archives of University of London's Institute of Education.
