Bihari Style Chicken is a traditional dish from the state of Bihar in India, known for its bold hand pounded flavors and hearty ingredients. When there was no fancy grinder machine, or a mixer, all home cooks primarily used to make spice paste, chutneys by using grinding stone called Silbatta. That took the flavour to another level. Trust me, hand pounded masala tastes way different than the ones made in a grinder. The spices are stronger, aroma is heavenly! If you don’t have a stone grinder (get one already! - comment to get the link) and for now just pulsate the khade masale in a grinder for 10-15 sec at max.
