Makes 2 Ciabatte Ingredients - 400g of strong white bread flour + extra for dusting - 300g of warm water - 6g of fresh yeast or 3g of dried yeast - 10g of sea salt

2hr 30min · 8 servings Recipe: • -1 1/2 cups (360ml) lukewarm water • -3 Tsp instant yeast • Stir until dissolved • -4 cups (520g) flour • -1 Tsp salt • -1 Tbsp sugar • Stir then knead with floured hands until it’s a soft dough. • Let it rest 60-90mins. • Divide in 8 balls and shape by pressing a hole in the middle. • Water bath: • -about 2 liters water • -1/4 cup (60ml) agave or maple syrup • Bring to a simmer then cook the bagels 1min each side. • Brush with vegan cream (and add sesame seeds if you want). • Bake at 220C/425F for 20mins.
