What if we told you your oatmeal in the morning can look like a cake or a muffin 😉 1/2 banana 1/2 cup @countrylifefoods oats 1/2 cup plant milk 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon coconut sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon Instructions: Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. Add to an oven safe baking ramekin, bake for 20-25 min at 400 F (preheated oven or toaster oven) Garnish with more cinnamon and sugar. Let cool
