I paired it with my low fat super easy vegan & oil free garlic mayo 👌 full recipe is in my second meal plan 🔗 in my bio Ingredients 1 head of broccoli 1 onion 1 tbsp lemon zest 1/4 cup fresh parsley Juice of a lemon 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 clove of garlic Salt to taste 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 1/2 cup chickpea flour 1. Add your broccoli and onion to a food processor and blitz until fine (you could of course just chop it up super tiny!) 2. Add it to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and form into patties.
