Six ounces of the apple cider vinegar. Nine ounces of the apple juice and it's 100% apple juice. Okay. Make sure you get 100percent. Mhm. 13 ounces of 100% grape juice. Just stir on it. Mm. Apple cider. Well she's mixing it up. This is the recipe right here. It's jogging and jug. You won't have to run again if you drink this. Right Kim? Or is that what it is? Well it says it really helps with arthritis. Oh arthritis and fat burning. And make huh make sure you have lots of energy so I'm needing it nowadays so. Alright give us a taste. It says drink two ounces per day. I will make sure I have two ounces so. Okay. I'm going to just use this measuring cup. It probably better once it's refrigerated. Well I'm sure it's going to taste good. I No I wouldn't say good. But I have drank apple cider vinegar by itself and it is nasty. That grape juice really cuts that. Cuts it. Not all the way. Mhm. You still got that vinegary taste. But I need some energy so. Mhm.

All you need is 3 cups of self rising flour and 3 cups of greek yogurt. **To make these gluten free, sub the flour for gluten free self rising flour. Mix the two ingredients together until dough forms. Transfer to surface with flour on it (will be very sticky) and kneed. Separate to make the bread bowls. This makes 2 large bread bowls (or you can make smaller ones). The dough will be sticky until it goes in the oven. Be sure to have flour on your hands and whatever surface you’re working on. Mix 2 eggs with a tiny splash of milk to make egg wash. Put all over dough before baking. I also topped mine with everything but the bagel seasoning, so good! Bake at 350 for 45 mins to an hour (check at 45). Bake on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
