These are the easiest meal prep bowls ever and SO delicious! 

6 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast 
(tbh I don’t measure the broccoli I just split one frozen bag into the four bowls) 
1/3 cup of Alfredo sauce 
Stir and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes 
While baking, make a box of barilla protein plus pasta 
Add 5 ounces of cooked pasta to the bowls once out of oven
Put lid on and shake super well!
