The texture is basically like cookie dough, yet this beaut packs over 35g plant based protein. What a win ❤️‍🔥  Serves 1. ▫️50g oat flour (or rolled oats, blended) ▫️25g @myprotein soy isolate protein ▫️1 tsp cacao powder ▫️160ml milk, or water ▫️1 tbsp @myprotein natural peanut butter ▫️20g dark chocolate ▫️1/2 tsp coconut oil ▫️Flaky sea salt  1. In a small jar, mix together the oat flour, protein powder, cacao powder and milk. Place the jar into the fridge to set for 3+ hours, or overnight. 3. In the morning, spoon the peanut butter on top in an even layer.
