I always thought that the accordion coat rack was great for small spaces or during the summer. Mine never made it past the fall and winter season because the weight of all those heavy, bulky coats just bent the pegs out of commission. I have fond memories of bending the pegs back only to have them break off in my hands. But I have another use for those "one-season" wonders. It is one that I love and won't result in things falling to the floor.
