Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1 lb of asparagus, ends trimmed
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
2 teaspoons dried rosemary (or fresh if available)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
2. Toss the diced sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, and half the garlic powder. Spread them out on one side of a large baking sheet.
