Make sure you’re using weights heavy enough to challenge you in the rep range. For reference- If you are able to do more than 2 or so reps after 10 reps you need to INCREASE your weights! Use 2-5 lb dumbbells and/or ankle weights to increase the challenge to your core. Recommend having a yoga block, pilates ball, or a pillow handy. Here’s the lineup: 1. Weighted Bird Dogs 2. Even though I gained the most weight/fat during my last pregnancy, I have been pleasantly surprised at how well my body has responded to INTENTIONAL core work Other things I did: 1. I wore a postpartum support wrap (cheap Velcro one off Amazon) a few hours after giving birth, for a couple hours a day for about a week or 2! Then I weaned myself away from the wrap so I could slowly start focusing on engaging my core muscles myself! 2. Focused on fat loss-all the things I constantly talk about here, much less fast food a lot more home food
