As estrogen declines during menopause our body naturally begins to produce more Cortisol FIRSTLY - not all cortisol is “bad” - cortisol is being used as a “fear tactic” on social media right now with a lot of mis information being spread Our body NEEDS cortisol - TOO MUCH cortisol is the issue As we work with menopausal women, reducing cortisol is usually something we do with all our clients.
