2.9M views · 29K reactions | Easy seafood dinner | Easy seafood dinner I make shrimp alfredo with tortellini. | By Justine Kameron | Alright. So, we just have our skillet on medium heat. We added a stick of butter, one and a half cups of heavy cream and then a package of our shrimp raw that we let it thaw out so it wasn't frozen anymore. So, we are just going to let that butter melt up and while that's melting and the shrimp is cooking, we're going to grab our seasonings. I'm going to start off with some Italian seasoning. It's just going to add the best flavor. We can even turn up this heat because it looks like it really dropped a little too much but Let's get our seasonings all in there so this can get cooking. And then we're going to add some black pepper. Ooh this is going to be delicious you guys. Literally one of my favorite dinners ever. Now this is optional but I'm going to add some sea salt because I just think that salt adds the best flavors with all meals. Perfect. Go ahead and give that a nice little mix. That butter is almost fully melted. Those shrimps are already turning pink. This is turning out so delicious you guys. Now, I know this looks super watery and thin but don't worry, we have something special we're going to add that's going to make this the most creamy and delicious sauce. So, let's just go ahead and let that butter fully melt and let those shrimp cook. Alright, so this is coming together perfectly. You can see those shrimp cooking right before our eyes. Now, I'm coming over to my pot of boiling water and we are going to add our family-sized five cheese tortellini into our water. This is going to cook super quick. It's only 4 minutes. So, this is the perfect time to get that all in there and let it cook. Okay, it is now time to add our Parmesan cheese to our shrimp and heavy cream. Now, this calls for two cups of Parmesan cheese. So, I'm using of these bags and we're going to go ahead and get that nice and mixed in. It's going to melt and create the most beautiful Alfredo sauce. Those shrimps are just about ready. They're still a little translucent. So it's by the time the Parmesan melts it will be perfectly cooked and ready for our tortellini. Now the one thing that this meal is missing is of course some veggies. So I'm going to bring in my chopped spinach and this is frozen spinach but it's been thawing out so I'm just going to go ahead and grab some of that spinach and place it right in there you add as much or as little as you like it's just for health factors and we're just going to keep mixing this that cheese is starting to melt the shrimp it's almost fully cooked oh my god this is going to be the creamiest most delicious Alfredo you've ever had right babe oh my goodness I've never seen it made like this and it's amazing it's so good I love anything with shrimp and pasta but yes this one's be outstanding. So let's go ahead and let this finish melting up and then by then our tortellini should be ready. Alright, this is ready but first, we gotta grab our tortellini that we just drained and we gotta scoop our tortellini right into our bowl just like so and then, it is time to serve up our delicious shrimp alfredo. Oh my goodness. Doesn't that look incredible? Gosh, it looks and smells delicious. Oh, yeah. Alright, we gotta turn off that heat so it doesn't burn but this is ready to try. Oh my gosh. I'm so excited. I got a shrimp. Got a little tortellini. We got delicious homemade Alfredo. It wants to run away from me.

3M views · 27K reactions | I learned this in Maine! | I learned this in Maine! I share my butter shrimp scampi recipe. | By Justine Kameron | Alright, we started off with three sticks of butter in our skillet. Now, I'm going to come in with my shrimp that I thawed out one bag, two bags of shrimp right in there. I use salted butter but if you want to use unsalted, if you're watching your sodium, that's totally fine. We have our skillet on medium high heat. So, these are going to cook up super quick. Okay, Alright, now that our temperature got back up, we're going to start off with two bulbs of garlic right in there. Give that a good mix in with our shrimp. Ooh, it's going to be nice and flavorful. Look, that shrimp is already starting to turn pink. This is going to happen so quick so you gotta make sure to get all of those flavors in there. Mmm, smells amazing. Now, we're going to come in with our chopped parsley. You can use your fresh stuff but I like these because it's already chopped for me. Look at that beautiful color it adds. This is looking good. Okay. Give it a nice mix in with that garlic. You could use minced garlic if you like but I love roasting up the garlic and just eating it whole personally and also you still get that delicious flavor onto our shrimp. Now I'm going to come in with my lemon and I'm actually going to go ahead and use my tongs to go ahead and squeeze the lemon juice right into our skillet. Such an easy way to squeeze your lemon if you don't have a lemon squeezer. Go ahead and do it to both halves. Oops. Just be careful. You don't want to get it on your counter. Delicious. This is coming together beautifully. Go ahead and give that another mix. We like to continuously mix it so that our shrimp can cook evenly. We still have it on a medium heat. Delicious. Alright, before these finish cooking off, we're going to grab our white wine, whatever white wine you want and we are going to put one fourth a cup in there to really help bring out the flavors of everything. Delicious. Now, we gotta go ahead and grab some seasonings in here. We're going to do some pepper. You can season this however you like. Ooh, that wine is smelling strong. We're going to do a little bit of salt of course. You can skip the salt because we did use salted butter but I like it and then, last but not least, we're going to do some crushed red pepper and if you don't like spice, you can skip this but I like the heat. And this is still a medium. These are cooking up super quick. I think in total these shrimps are on the skillet for less than 20 minutes. Look at how they're coming together. That pink color is just so beautiful. Make sure to stir it so that's all of them cook evenly. Alright you guys. Our shrimp scampi is ready. It is time to serve it up. Oh you could put it on some pasta or some rice. But I'm just going to eat it as is. Smells incredible. That wine cooked down. That looks amazing.

This summer salad is so good | shrimp, summer, salad | This summer salad is so good I use fresh shrimp to make a delicious salad perfect for summer | By Lorenzo M's Original Videos | So we got our fresh cooked shrimp in there and now we're going to add some cut celery all in there just like that now if you want a fresh dish for the summer this is the recipe you need to make okay so cooked shrimp celery now we're going to add some red bell pepper you can use your favorite color but the red will make this look incredible at the end you'll see what I mean it's going to give it a nice incredible color composition, we're going to add a little bit of minced garlic. So this, since this is a salad, I'm just using like a half a teaspoon and I'm using the one in the jar because it's a little less strong than a fresh one, okay? Now we're going to add some fresh dill. I have here a third of a cup of fresh dill. Now you don't want to skip the deal, the deal is what makes this incredible. Alright? You'll see what I mean. Just bear with me. Okay? Now you can use red onions, white onions, yellow onions but I'm using green onions. Again, they're a little less aggressive than the other onions so we can you know eat them raw. It's so good. This is a no bake salad of course, you know, no bake. Okay? Now for the best shrimp salad we can possibly do. Of course, we're going to need some mayo, some real mayo, okay? So let's squirt a bit of mayo. We're going to need about half a cup. If you want a bit more creamy, you can make it a more creamy, okay? But we want to keep it a little bit light. Now, we're going to add a little bit of fresh fresh pepper. There you go. Make it super flavorful. Okay? A little bit of salt of course. There you go that's about right we always time to add the salt alright and I don't like too much salt okay now for make this super super fresh we're going to need one organic lemon waste and we're going to take the peel of this beautiful lemon and we're going to grate this peel all on or like this you know all everywhere all everywhere in this salad I'm just using like half half of the skin you know because we don't want it too lemon but we want the fair amount of lemon. Now with the same lemon, we don't want to waste this because this in the fridge will become dry right away, will lose all its flavor, okay? Now being careful of the seeds, we're going to squirt just a little bit of the lemon in there, okay? Look at that. Just a little bit of the lemon, okay? Now if you see those seeds here, I'm going to put them here, we're going to take those out, okay? So just take all your lemon away and now you see with this teaspoon we take okay because you could you can use a strainer but then you're going to have to wash the strainer if you do it like this you see boom nothing to dirt to clean anymore perfect now we just need a little bit of seasonings now so we're going to add our smooth olive oil I recommend you use an olive oil that's smooth because this is a very delicate recipe a shrimp is very delicate okay we don't want to overpower with oil okay? Wanna keep it light, give you know the shrimp is the protagonist at the celery. Now let's add a little bit of Old Bay, okay? What kind of shrimp recipes without a little bit of Old Bay? So we're going to add a bit of Old Bay, okay? You can use just the paprika but the Old Bay is just so good. And we're going to add again about a teaspoon, not too much. Cuz you know this is going to just boost that flavor and make it extremely good. Now, if you want to make something even a little bit you know I like to keep it simple but I want to give you the option because I love parsley and I have here my fresh parsley chopper so I'm just putting just a pinch of parsley because dill and parsley together oh my goodness okay and that's it and that's it how easy it is I'm so excited to show you how it's going to look once we mix this so let's give it a nice mix okay you see we're going to put all the mayo okay you know. Oh we're going to make sure it's all nice in our container. Now you you can use a bigger bowl if you want. I just said this is the bigger one I have so I'm just going to you know make peace with it and but look at that. Look at that. All right? I'll show you you know I'll show you the result now in a few seconds. And there we go. Look at this. You see all the deal that's going into our shrimp. I'm just tempting to eat this right now how it is. Okay? So We're going to like fold it in. Start from the bottom and go to the top. Okay? So everything is comparated. You see how easy it's coming together. Boom. It's so easy, okay? We don't need no extreme big bowl. Whatever you have in your home, it's going to be perfectly fine. Look at that. Now, you see what I mean before that this red bell pepper will make a difference. Now again, you can use the yellow one or the orange one but look at that. Alright, now the shrimp salad is ready. I cannot wait to taste it. Look at this beautiful salad, fresh, light, okay? Again, you can add more mayo but I won't. Look at that. Now, we're going to put this in our bowl just like that. There you go and I'm so excited to leave you. I'm very hungry so I'm going to eat a few spoons of this. Look at that. Okay? Uh if you want to make it pretty, just to do. We have some fresh deal. Boom. You put it there. Look how pretty it is. There you go. For a nice presentation. Okay? Now, let's try this. Look at the creamy, light veggies, nutrient, vitamins, protein. What can you ask for more? Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness. It's going to be crunchy with the celery. Mm. Guys, If you're not making this this summer, you're missing out. This is unbelievable. Unbelievable.
