Shrimp Broccoli Alfredo
Preparation Method: Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the boiling water. Drain and set aside. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute, then add the heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens slightly. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and return the shrimp to the skillet. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the sauce, tossing everything together to coat. Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top. #ShrimpBroccoliAlfredo #PastaLovers #SeafoodRecipes #ComfortFood

11 reactions | 🌹✨ I’m back with another exciting step-by-step presentation of Marry Me Shrimp with Orzo Pasta — a delicious one-pot dinner perfect for this romantic month of February! 💖🦐🍝 Let’s get cooking! I start by marinating the shrimp in sun-dried tomato oil, paprika, salt, and pepper for great flavor. 🌶️ This dish is simple, quick, and easy! I pre-boiled my orzo, so it’s ready. Once the shrimp turn pink, I remove them to keep them juicy. Then, I melt butter, add sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and a touch of red pepper for zing. Next, I pour in chicken broth and a splash of heavy cream for a creamy consistency. The aroma is amazing! 🌿 Finally, I add minced garlic and baby spinach for color and nutrition, then return the shrimp and orzo to the mix. Let it cook together for a few minutes, and you have a dish that’s sure to impress!
