Calf muscles are so important for how your ankle moves, how you walk, how you go down stairs/hills, etc. Oftentimes though- simply stretching may not be enough to decrease tightness. Moving through the range of motion of raising up on your toes then lifting your toes can be more effective ✅ Trying up to 10-15 repetitions at first can be helpful as long as they feel good to you and don’t cause any significant pain ☝
