People always look for fun things to do or to host special occasions (weddings) and that increases the demand for Airbnb. 2 - We look for properties that accommodate large guest groups that have lots of space to add amenities and lots of value-add potential. 3 - We’re not only looking to create high cash flow, but all value to the property itself as well. That’s why we renovate them to gain equity through forced appreciation. This way we can later refinance the property and invest the equity we gained through appreciation in another property. 4 - We create an eye-catching design and a theme to set our property apart from competing Airbnbs. 5 - We check what amenities competing Airbnbs are using to see what amenities people in that area are looking for. Then we add a couple of amenities other Airbnbs don’t have to again make our property stand out. Guests will always look to rent the best properties in the market. And if you want to be competitive you need to make your property stand out. 6 - We take professional pictures and create a great Airbnb listing. We pick pictures strategically to show the key features of our properties in the first 5 pictures of the listing. 7 - We make sure our properties are always professionally cleaned and we make sure we offer great communication to our guests.
