Enchiladas suizas Salsa verde * 1 poblano pepper * 2 garlic cloves * 5 tomatillos * 1/4 onion * 2 cup chicken broth * cup cilantro * 2 tsp Knorr chicken bouillon or salt * 2 oz cream cheese * 1/3 cup crema Mexicana or sour cream 1 jalapeño * lb chicken breast * 1 half an onion * 1 garlic * Salt * Pepper * 4 cups of water Boil chicken breast for 30 minutes once done shredded put all your tomatillos, poblano onion and jalapeño in a pan and let it for 10 minutes once done remove add to the blender I put my oven on boil for five minutes #enchil
