In a pan add mushrooms over medium high heat and brown in batches, 5-7 minutes. 2. Add back all mushrooms and garlic and sauté 30 secs and then deglaze pan with vinegar. 3. Once vinegar reduces, add soy sauce, black pepper, bay leaves, chicken stock, and brown sugar. Mix well and bring to a simmer. 4. Stir and reduce sauce by half. Once sauce begins to thicken add in butter and stir through.
