Full... | By Pies and Tacos | I'm going to teach you how to make this delicious peach cobbler pound cake. This cake is tender and buttery and loaded with caramelized peaches and a delicious https crumble on top. Let's start by making this juso crumble. In a bowl mix together flour, granula, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and numeg powder. Add the butter and then use your fork to cut the butter into the dry ingredients to form a crumb. Pour this crumble mixture on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Baking the oven for about 15 minutes. As soon as you remove it from the oven, use a special to break the crumbs apart. Set it aside to cool down. Now we're going to peel the peaches. You can use a peeler or you can blanch the peaches and remove the skins. You need two peaches for this recipe. One of the peaches is going to be sliced thin and the other peach is going to be diced. To the sliced peaches add nutmeg powder and cinnamon powder. And then to the chopped peaches you add the rest of the nutmeg powder and the cinnamon powder. Now you're going to laid the sliced peaches on the bottom of a buttered and floured pan. And I'll set the pan aside. Let's make the caramel sauce to pour over the peaches. Add the sugar and water to a small sauce pan. Let the mixture come to a boil and don't stir it. Swirl the pan very gently once or twice only. Let the syrup cook until it's amber color. Immediately pour the caramel evenly over the peaches. Set the pan aside while you make the cake better. Pete the butter for about 2 minutes. Add sugar and beat to combine. Add the eggs one at a time beating until the egg gets incorporated before adding the next one. Add the vanilla and mix. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Then add half of this mixture to the batter bowl. Mix on low to combine. Pour the buttermilk in the bowl and mix until incorporated. Add the remaining flour ingredients to the bowl and stir until the batter comes together and become smooth. Pour about two thirds of the butter over the caramel and peaches on the bottom of the bunch pan. Smooth the butter with a special then pour the diced peaches on top. Spread about one cup of the biscuit crumble on top of the peaches. Pour the remaining butter on top of the crumble. And then spread another cup of biscuit crumble over the cake. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour. To make the cream cheese glaze, beat the cream cheese and butter. For 1 minute, add the powdered sugar and milk and beat until incorporated. And then you can drizzle the glaze all over the cake or you can simply drizzle it over individual slices. I hope you enjoy this cake. Thanks for watching.
