I was part of the BODi partner test group for Phase 1 of Dig Deeper and I LOVED it. I can’t wait to do the full program after I finish marathon training. I’ll do a post on my thoughts for Dig Deeper for runners soon but to sum it up: I believe Dig Deeper is a great off season program for runners.
