Congratulations to Marisa and Luke married this fall, 2024. They booked a venue tour in fall 2023 and feel in love with Sparrow Valley Retreat (SVR). However, their guest count was much more than SVR can host, so they decided to invite their closest family and friends to a ceremony only at SVR and met the rest of their family and friends at another location to celebrate their reception. Marisa and Luke Married at Sparrow Valley Retreat, CA
Congratulations to Marisa and Luke married this fall, 2024. They booked a venue tour in fall 2023 and feel in love with Sparrow Valley Retreat (SVR). However, their guest count was much more than SVR can host, so they decided to invite their closest family and friends to a ceremony only at SVR and met the rest of their family and friends at another location to celebrate their reception. It was everything they asked for and more. Dream wedding 101. Max guests at SVR is 120.
Among the Giant Redwoods, Sparrow Valley Retreat's reception area sets up to 120 guests. Included with the venue is the impressive 52 foot Alaskan milled, family-style table, built by Tania's husband, Taylor. Using a 57-inch chainsaw like a cheese slicer along the entirety of the tree, sitting up to 65 guests. Additional tables are rented by a preferred local vendor. The concrete dance floor, designed and built by both Taylor and Tania, includes a speaker, disco ball, lighting and fire pit, perfect for a late night s'more or a sweet cuddle with the one you love. The warp around deck, includes a Redwood bar, lighting, and heaters. For those staying on property, there is a soaking tub and sauna designed with a picture window with views of the Redwoods forest.
