Chop the garlic, ginger and pickled chili well. Cut the scallion into small pieces. 2. Heat up the wok over high heat, break the tofu with hand and add it to the wok, pan fry until it is golden and crispy on the outside, turn it around when one side is done. Take it out. 3.Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30s, add pickled chili. Stir for another 30s, add tofu and add the yuxiang sauce. Stir quickly and let it cook for about 1-2 minutes, until most of the sauce is gone, add scallion and serve 😋 | Yang&Kathi | vegan Asian food 🌈
