The au I'm referring to can be found on my ao3, but I particularly can separate these two works as the one that feature Kanade as a prominent character. I no longer subscribe to the characterisation there (it's been a year and some for my media literacy I swear) and hope to re-work a lot of stuff if I'm allowed to in the future, but, well. Kanade is very dear to my heart what can I say

I want to clean my hands about like, roughly 90% of what I wrote (I swear that wasn't me I've reformed my ways. I am Better about canon now or something), but that's just about universal artist experience I am let to believe. I keep even things I hate on my profile for the people who might've enjoyed them and for old time's sake haha. Just something to keep in mind (• ▽ •;)
I've enjoyed them while they were being written (mostly) and that what matters.
The only thing I can genuinely recommend is this Touya fic. Still proud of that one. My magnum opus one might say.

Why did you change blogs?
- Because my previous one was randomly terminated by Tumbrl on April 10th and I've yet to have any response from them. And I'm terribly bored, so I need a place to chat while it gets resolved - if at all.
Why were you terminated?
- Most probably (99%) a glitch in the system. Tumbrl code just... Does that sometimes. From my understanding, when they ran a program to ban bots or otherwise people who should be banned, absolutely random blogs get caught in the crossfire sometimes. Yes, this is actually a thing. If you don't receive an email with termination reasons, it's very likely your blog was deleted by mistake. I didn't.
Don't believe me? Go on reddit and search "tumbrl acct terminated". Or on twitter. Or like, anywhere. Yeah, Tumbrl code being held by sticks and tape is all fun and games until stuff like this happens.
Why not just use your main?
- I like my things be organised neatly. That includes blogs. I only want my main to host things related to my ao3 activity.
What happens if you get your old blog back?
- I'll probably use both of these and just repurpose one of them. I'm not sure yet! Either way it'll be hell to solve this situation.
What now?
- For now I just want to get followers back, really. I'm terribly demotivated because of this whole ordeal. My blog might've been really new but it still hurt losing all of those hours of work and writing I put into my character analysis. I don't really know what I want to do.
I'll probably be back at it eventually, but just... (๑•﹏•) I'm trying really hard not to be upset by it, but I really, really am! Sigh.

I have a creeping suspicion of what the issue could be, and I'm not sure they'll budge on this; this doesn't mean I'm not going to fight.
I'm slightly upset about loosing my character analysis posts, of course - but most of them were reblogged enough to be preserved in a somewhat olay-ish state and could be restored if I were to make a new blog, as far as I'm aware. But the thing I'm not giving up upon? My username. You can't take shiraishi-kanade away from me. It's my entire essence.
If my account will not be restored, I will probably go by yoisaki-an to keep the brand going. But it doesn't flow nearly as well, does it? I will be very upset, tumbrl. Don't do this to me.
She didn't want to get rid of those memories, not for a second, but maybe, if she made new ones with her friends, those could replace the old ones - much more fresh and vivid and closer, and then An wouldn't have to avoid thinking about things like that anymore because she would just think about Kohane and Akito and Touya instead, then- "I'm in!"
Or: An finds a new way to make herself feel better! If only it was as easy as it seems at the first glance.
I'm having a lot of trouble with writing the next part of Count to Five - more specifically, because it would make so much sense for it to be set after The First Concerto, but more than three months time skip is... Uncomfortable to write, considering the theme of the series, and isn't something I quite know how to handle. Project Sekai timeline is a mess indeed.
I'll probably figure that out at some point, but I won't lie when I say it did mess up my plans, and I don't really know I can follow my original structure. We'll see.
Hi hi ! ^_^ I just wanted to let you know that i read your two fics (the An visiting the cemetary one and the akito & an one) and My word! My GOSH!! They were so so good i Love how palpable the feeling of anger is within An - an is my favorite vbs character but i will admit that Understanding her as a character is not the easiest, but you were able to articulate her pure like. Rage. And Resentment that came from Love just. Hurled into that wall and broken into glass shards i LOOOVED It so much and im really excited to read any more of the series you have cooking up ! <3

I feel you about understanding An! I've followed her story for more than a year at this point and I feel like I only recently started to even scratch the surface of her writing. She definitely has a lot more depth that she seems to at a first glance! Writing her is always a challenge for me too.

We know An doesn't like secrets. We know An doesn't like lies. We know An might struggle with forgiveness. So.
Mizuki. Mizuki the liar ever. Mizuki the secret keeper, the hermit, the fake smile. Mizuki, the person that An accepted just as many others even though all the poison and blight the school tells about them.
I don't think An will be Mad Mad but... This could definitely lead to interesting places.

Mizuan dynamic is very interesting! I feel like they have both a good potential for a very harmonic relationship (platonic or otherwise) and a very good premise for drama.
Aside from secretiveness, An is known to be very pushy and clingy towards people she likes (e.g: Kohane, her being a little too overwhelming to Ena in hermit side story, and being a little overexcited to be classmates with Nene to the point of Touya suggesting she scared her away), and like you said, Mizuki is friendly on the surface but is actually pretty... Keen on keeping to themselves.
I feel like Mizuki can get overwhelmed by An's insistence on being friends and her care, much like with Ena in the Hermit event, to a part. Especially considering all the guilt added to that mix.
As for An, I don't think she would mind someone keeping a secret from her pre-LUtF, no matter the magnitude, especially considering her own avoidant/secretive tendencies. After that, thought... I feel like her attitude can definitely change.
I think it's either canon or directly implied that An is one of the few people that are in on Mizuki's secret (I'm actually not sure, I haven't touched on Mizuki's lore since the Ribbon event, so my information might be a bit off), so that dynamic wouldn't quite work with that, but the general chemistry between the "secret keeper" vs "can't stand being lied to"? Impeccable. The fact that Mizuan, no matter if platonic or romantic, can be considered a rarepair is criminal.

He… Wasn't sure on how he arrived on the idea, exactly. Or even if he wanted to go through with it. It was simply that he mentioned something from his childhood when talking with the Virtual Singers about facing his past now, then someone asked him some questions, then some more - one thing led to another, and in the end, Touya offered to play. For the first time in three years, Touya picked up his violin.
