TODAY IS July 21, 2025 AROUND ME I AM PONDERING What love in action looks like. AMONG MY FAVORITE THINGS Veggies fresh from the garden BOOKS I AM CURRENTLY READING Rejoicing in Christ by Michael Reeves. I AM THANKFUL FOR Being able to make attractive food presentations for my sweet husband. NEVER TOO OLD TO LEARN That we can't live in the past. The above photo is the 1886 brick farmhouse that I grew up in. The farm was sold a few years ago. The house was torn down. And this beautiful home has taken its place. A bit of the old still remains among the new. FROM THE KITCHEN Sausage Egg Casserole for future breakfasts in the freezer. Pineapple Zucchini Muffins for future breakfasts Broccoli Salad and Chicken with a crispy baked gluten-free crust and spicy BBQ sauce.
