Easy stenciled coasters • . • INSTRUCTIONS : • - Take 4" round or square MDF coaster - Now layer them with a single coat of white color chalk paint. - Using two different contrasting shades of pink and blue coat them up. - Use a sponge incase you want a textured effect. - Take a 4" stencil design as per your choice. - Take mixed media paste and in two separate portions mix the same chalk paint colors (ratio 3 parts mixed media 1 part paint). - Now using a spatula apply the mixture gently all over the stencil, making it as even as possible. - Remove the stencil and let it dry completely. - Once dried, varnish it or seal it with a coat of resin to increase the shelf life!
