Koops' Mustard on Instagram: "Easy Chuck Roast! Perfect for the busy holiday season! The whole family will love it! Ingredients: 1. Chuck Roast - size will depend on how much you want to make 2. Koops’ Yellow mustard - Enough to cover the whole roast 3. McCormick Steak seasoning - generously cover the whole roast 4. 1 whole yellow onion - roughly chopped 5. 4 - 5 large carrots roughly chopped into bite size pieces 6. Fresh rosemary Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 325 2. In dutch oven, or casserole dish (with a lid) toss in the roughly chopped onions and carrots. 3. Cover the roast in Koops’ Mustard and steak seasoning, place in casserole dish with some rosemary and cover. 4. Cook this in the oven for about an hour per pound of meat. I had a 3lbs roast and this took about 3.5
