Dolcemente Stefany on Instagram: "FOCACCINE FACILI 300ml di acqua 12g di lievito di birra FRESCO 1 cucchiaino di miele 620g di farina 00 2 cucchiaini di sale 40ml di olio evo Sale, olio e rosmarino quanto basta per condire sopra le focaccine Nella ciotola inserisci l’acqua, sbriciola il lievito, aggiungi un cucchiaino di miele o di zucchero, mescola con una forchetta, aggiungi l’olio evo, il sale e la farina. Mescola prima con una forchetta poi a mano, forma delle palline e appiattiscile, mettile sulla teglia con carta forno alla base coprile con la pellicola e lascia lievitare per due ore, a questo punto forma quattro buchini con le dita e condisci con sale olio e rosmarino, fai cuocere a 180° in forno statico preriscaldato per 30 minuti."
